Public Lecture: Spirituality and Post-Traumatic Growth, Fordham Westchester, March 1st, 2011



Please join us at the Fordham Westchester campus, for a public lecture by GSRRE Visiting Professor Dr. Mary Beth Werdel, entitled, "Rising in Wreckage: Theory, Research, and Clinical Implications of the Relationship between Spirituality and Post-Traumatic Growth".

Dr. Mary Beth Werdel is a Visiting professor of Pastoral Counseling in the Graduate School of Religion & Religious Education. She is published in the academic journals, "Research in the Social Scientific Study of Religion" and "Alcohol Treatment Quarterly". Dr. Werdel is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. Most recently she worked as a family therapist with primarily Spanish speaking immigrant families from El Salvador and Mexico.

The lecture will take place at Fordham - Westchester, 400 Westchester Avenue, West Harrison, NY 10604. The event is open to the public. Please join us!
